Here you can register your details for any of our events listed below. Simply choose the event you're attending then complete registration - it only takes a few minutes. Please ensure you have the following information to hand: Performer/Student's details, Parent/Guardian's details and local education authority name.

Terms & Conditions

By signing / ticking the box the parent/guardian of the child named as the performer/student accepts and confirms the that:

Their child (named) is fit to perform, their health will not suffer in taking part in the event and no school time will be missed.
Their child (named) will be over the age of 6 years on the day of performance.
They agree and accept for their personal email address to be retained by Audition Ready (The producers of Perform Ready) to store and to keep them up to date on the event and linked products.
They accept that their details will be retained by Audition Ready and passed on to Greenwich Council (for licensing and child protection purposes).
They agree to the taking of photography and/or videography at the event participated in and accept this may be used by Audition Ready across social media and/or for advertising/promotional purposes. Images will also be distributed to the Principals of participating schools for their potential promotional use

Unfortunately, performers whose guardians don’t accept all terms outlined above will be unable to participate at this event. Perform Ready (Audition Ready) will liaise with the applying school / Principal in relation to other requirements.

Having understood and accepted the terms outlined above, as the legal guardian of the named performer/student, I confirm that I have no objections to and fully support their participation in the detailed event
